Youth Services at LIA starts with our prevention work which is a strong foundation of relational programs that have been created in order to reduce the stigmatize behaviors that have been placed on our youth by acting on their risk and protective factors. The sustainability we gain in our prevention program, allows us the opportunity to intervene in our youths negative trajectory before the effects of intervention have to be considered or implemented. If we are utilizing our prevention design, we would statistically do better for our youth from the time they enter the program; before intervention becomes their only option. 

 

Our team of licensed professionals, embodied with amazing youth developmental skills believe in walking with each individual regardless of the traumas and transference they identify with. Please know that if we are past the point of preventative assistance, our team of skilled professionals are trained to create unique measurable outcomes for each individual case. We are excited to share our program techniques and pour into the lives of the YOUTH of today and the YOUTH of tomorrow.
